License Agreement

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and GROWTHIFY TECH LTD governing your use of the BizLingo software, platform, and related services. By installing, accessing, or using BizLingo, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the software or services.

Grant of License

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the BizLingo platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms. This license does not grant you any rights to the underlying source code, AI models, or proprietary algorithms. The license is valid only for the duration of your active account and is subject to compliance with all terms of this agreement.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the BizLingo software or any rights therein. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the platform. You may not use the software to build a competing product or service, or remove any proprietary notices or labels from the software. Any attempt to circumvent technical protection measures is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

The BizLingo platform, including all software, AI models, content, designs, trademarks, and documentation, is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of GROWTHIFY TECH LTD. Nothing in this agreement transfers any ownership rights to you. You acknowledge that the platform contains trade secrets and proprietary information that are protected by intellectual property laws. Feedback or suggestions you provide about the platform may be used by GROWTHIFY TECH LTD without any obligation to you.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. GROWTHIFY TECH LTD may terminate this agreement and your license at any time if you breach any of its terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the BizLingo platform and delete any locally stored copies of the software. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused credits, except as may be required by applicable law. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers survive termination.

Disclaimer

The BizLingo platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. GROWTHIFY TECH LTD does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the AI-generated coaching feedback. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GROWTHIFY TECH LTD disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
