Where BizLingo takes card payment directly, only Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards are accepted; no other card networks are currently supported. You must ensure that your card details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the card for transactions on our platform. GROWTHIFY TECH LTD reserves the right to decline any payment that cannot be verified or authorized.

Credit Purchases

Our platform operates on a credit-based system. Credit packages and their corresponding prices are displayed on the platform. At this stage, purchases are arranged directly with our support team by email rather than through self-service card checkout on the platform: you request a package, our team confirms the payment with you, and credits are then added to your account manually. We plan to move to automated self-service checkout in the future, and this policy will be updated accordingly before that happens.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the BizLingo platform are in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. GROWTHIFY TECH LTD reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though any price changes will not affect credits already purchased. Promotional pricing or discounts may be offered from time to time and are subject to their own specific terms and conditions.

Payment Processing

Because purchases are currently arranged manually with our support team, processing times may vary rather than completing instantly — see Credit Purchases above. You will receive a confirmation once your credits have been added to your account. If a purchase cannot be completed or confirmed, no credits will be added to your account and you will not be charged.

Payment Security

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD takes the security of your payment information seriously. We do not store your full card details on our servers, and any payment processor we use to take card payment is PCI DSS compliant. If you suspect any unauthorized transactions on your account, please contact us immediately.
