The following Terms of Service establish the conditions under which GROWTHIFY TECH LTD (company number 17323128; registered office: Dept 6899, 196 High Road, Wood Green, London, United Kingdom, N22 8HH) provides access to BizLingo, a professional communication training platform. By registering for an account or accessing any part of BizLingo, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Acceptance

When you access or use BizLingo, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with GROWTHIFY TECH LTD under these Terms of Service, as well as all relevant laws and regulations. If you do not accept any part of these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform. GROWTHIFY TECH LTD may restrict or terminate access at its discretion.

Who This Is For

BizLingo is intended for individuals aged 18 or older, practicing for their own professional or business purposes. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you are registering on behalf of a company, that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

BizLingo is not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. We block access from IP addresses in these countries and refuse registration with an email address from them.

Service Description

BizLingo is a professional communication training platform. Most practice sessions are with an artificial-intelligence persona that provides real-time feedback, analysis, and coaching. Where the specialist network is available, you may instead book a paid session with a human specialist (business-language tutor/coach) — those sessions are additionally governed by our Specialist Agreement, which the specialist accepts separately. The service includes features such as communication analysis, practice sessions, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

A registered account is necessary to use BizLingo's professional communication coaching features. You are the sole party responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account. You warrant that all information provided during registration is complete and accurate. Suspected security breaches must be communicated to GROWTHIFY TECH LTD immediately.

Credits & Payments

BizLingo employs a credit system for accessing coaching sessions. Credits must be purchased before they can be used, and they are consumed during each session. Credit purchases are final in the sense that credits cannot be exchanged or transferred to another user, except as described in our Refund Policy, which sets out when a refund is available. Credit prices are posted on the platform and may be adjusted periodically. Credits possess no value outside BizLingo.

Acceptable Use

Your use of BizLingo is limited to lawful professional communication practice. You may not use the platform to distribute offensive, harmful, or unlawful material. Any attempt to disrupt the service, access restricted areas, or reverse-engineer our AI models or proprietary systems is prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate and permanent account closure.

Intellectual Property

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD retains all rights, title, and interest in the BizLingo platform, including its design, content, trademarks, AI models, algorithms, and software. These assets are protected under intellectual property law. You maintain ownership of any audio you submit during sessions, while granting GROWTHIFY TECH LTD a non-exclusive, limited license to use such audio for service delivery. No part of BizLingo may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GROWTHIFY TECH LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of BizLingo, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The maximum aggregate liability of GROWTHIFY TECH LTD under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve-month period prior to the claim. BizLingo is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied.

Changes to Terms

GROWTHIFY TECH LTD may update these Terms of Service at any time without individual notice. Revised terms will be posted on the BizLingo platform with an updated effective date. It is your obligation to review these terms from time to time. Using BizLingo after updated terms have been published signifies your acceptance of those terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, matching GROWTHIFY TECH LTD's place of registration. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of BizLingo, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence instead. If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may also raise a complaint with your national consumer-protection authority.
